Scope of Work:

The Project consists of renovations to Jacob Tubing at 3948 Willow Lake Blvd., Memphis, TN 38118 . Work includes interior demolition, interior construction, new finishes and modifications to existing Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Communications systems.

Bid Information:

There will be (4) dates allotted for site visits by your team and sub-contractors. Those dates and times are as follows:

Wednesday June 5th from 10:00am – 2:00pm
Thursday June 6th from 10:00am – 2:00pm
Wednesday June 12th from 10:00am – 2:00pm
Thursday June 13th from 10:00am – 2:00pm

Please note that the project will be separated into (3) phases to allow for an expedited timeline and minimal disruption to Jacob Tubing normal operations.

All itemized bids will be due by 12:00pm Monday June 17th
